My zoo has become dirty ! The maintanace workers are not cleaning it themseleves ! How do I clean it ??

This could be a technical glitch in the game. Try checking just cleaning/trash on their work tab, sometimes this will help them clean. If hiring new ones doesn't help, then it is just a glitch in the game with that zoo. There's no way to fix it, sometimes it debugs on it's own or after restarting but you lose what progress you've made so be aware of that when restarting.
