Question for Zoo Tycoon: Complete Collection

What should I do if Zoo Trycoon Complete Collection won't play on my computer? It has installed but it won't load or play.

Thats what is happening to me right now

If you have user updates, the file may be corrupted. You can not delete them from the disc, so you may have to buy a new one. Sorry.

What you can try is going to your controll panel and click on programs and features, then type in "zoo tycoon". Ps no "... Then delete all of it that you see... If you know how do several different searches to find all of it and delete it. Then delete it out of your recicle bin. Reinstal and see if this helps.
That has happened to me once and this fixed it.



Oh and another tip, after you download something you should run the defragmenter on your computer it helps to keep everything easy running and keeps your speed up.
By the way this program wont delete anything it just files everything right.

I had this problem after buying the game. I looked all over the web. Here is what you must do, very simple. Install the first disc (with the elephant on it)Follow the on screen prompts. Install the second disc (the green one) Then, you MUST use the second disc to start the game. I did this and voila! The game started and is working great.

heyy i tried that, but it didnt seem to work, but i also only have one disc? i have the zoo tycoon complete collection, but its one disc. on the disc are 2 different versions though
