What if you don't want them in exhibits and you have a savannah with almost all te savannah animals and they have their Territories

You should make sure you give them enough space, plenty of foood and toys so they don't want to kill each other. Also make sur it doesn't get crowded.

pokemon_rocks248 answered:

Make a giant tank and only put animals with the correct biome in it.

Its sometime just happen I mix white shark with goblin but they don't fight each other

Just for big animal (Orca&Whale shark)You can mix it with smaller animal like orca with beluga, narwhal, pilot whale, false killer whale, walrus, sea otter, california sealion, dolphin, manta ray, rockhopper, emperor, every shark(exepect the white).
Whale shark with Manatee,goblin,etc.

Think about Food Chains/Webs in the wild. For example: If you want to put Emperor Penguins in a habitat and add Orcas to that same habitat, it wouldn't be a good idea because Orcas prey on Emperor Penguins in the wild. However, if you give the Orcas enough food to eat, they will not target the Emperor Penguins until they become really hungry and their food runs out. You can also make really big tanks so that you can have plenty of species in an exhibit without the area getting too crowded, or you can release every baby animal into the wild that you don't want to prevent crowding. Hope this helps!
