Question for Zoo Tycoon 2

I can't install Zoo Tycoon 2:Extinct Animals on either of our family's computers. It gets stuck on the exact same file; something to do with tundra and musk ox. Do you have any solutions?

Maybe patch the animals. I don't know the exact file names or directories but there should be a problem with the animal models or some file necessary to view the animal or the biome
