How do I get people to use the sky train and boat station? I built them all ok and initially visitors used them, then suddenly they stopped and can't seem to figure out how to do it!

Double click on the train station, then click on the wee train symbol in the bottom right of that window. Check that the train station is "open" (double doors symbol on the right. Also perhaps charging too much?
