Will someone tell me what two professions are best for me? I'm in the starting area by Silvermoon City.

Ummm, well, if you want to make money, I'd suggest Tailoring+Enchanting, Herbalism+Alchemy, or Mining+Engineering or Jewelcrafting. Just make green, or better items, and unenchant them, and sell the materials, or enchants. If you want to have some of the best armour all the time, I'd get the two armour skills meant for your class (Paladin = Blacksmithing+Mining).
