Go to bartelby(a tree in ravenwood)when your a member and theres a door to the oasis
You have to have completed Wizard City, which requires membership.
You can't go until the head master gives you spirals I hava a quest to go there but I can't until head master ambros tells me to
You can only go there if you finish the quests in firecat alley triton avenue haunted cave and etc then ambrose will give you a quest to go to bartelby and you need membership or crowns to do all that.
