Two ways:

1.) Put a whole lot of people on researching (as long as you have a lot of food.)

2.) Keep one or two particular villagers on research at all times. Once they become Adept or Masters, they will constantly generate more tech points.

put four villagers in research tabel and now increase game speed to 2x (in options)and then quit game.now change the time in computers date and time now when you will run the game you would have many tech points
