You got to distract the yellow mask heathens with children or a women carrying a baby..they will keep going after them ..and really fast you pick up another villager and put that person on the wood ..but you got to go back and put the kids or woman carrying baby in front of the heathens to keep them distracted ....same with the hungry totem..distract the heathens with kids or women carrying babies and then put all the rest of the villagers on the totem and they will tear it down but you got to keep distracting the heathens ..

On most websites it says that they will go away when the Hunger Totem is torn down, but that didn't work for me. I just kept having to distract them.

Just pick up an Villager put him/her infront of the Heathers and fastly pick the avillsger up again put don't move him/her and keep holding the Villager in the air move the Villager slowly to another direction the Heathers will follow aslong as you keep the Villager in the air and slowly moving the Villlagerm planty of time for Villagers to gather wood and torn down the Hungry Totem

Put bees on the heathens and quickly grab the wood same with the hungery totem

I never had a problem with the red heathens while tearing down the hungry totem, as for the wood though, I still haven't managed to get any.

For the hunger totem, get them to stay away with bees. The bees will also bother your villagers, but if you keep dropping them on the totem, they will eventually get over it and start tearing the totem down.

When I built the first hut (not the love hut) they just left the fire pit but I didn't watch them build it I got them where they keep doing it and left the game for the night.
