How do I get the key out of the clam?

After you uprighted the statue you will see a stone at the statues feet get a esteemed elder to pick it up and wash it and polish it then get your chief to pick it up and then he will replace it in the clam for the black pearl the chief will place the pearl in the door to open the secret chamber
You got to move the statue up to the top of it's stand first and then you will see a big white peal. Get one of the villagers to pick it up and he/she will clean it up then drop it get a scientist to pick it up to polish it and then the chief got to bring the finish pearl to the clam and the chief will exchange the white pearl for the key in the clam
