How to get a sharp tool?

I did it before but I reset cause I couldn't figure out how to get rid of the birds and I'm still finding out how to get t sharp tool. But I know you need to select a villager and place them on the rocks up the top next to the vines and the special wood. Then I got the same person to get the special wood. For memory this villager was master builder and master scientist.

Ok I figured out the cutting tools. Up the top, scroll slowly to the right towards the graveyard, Youll see the vines, then a patch of dirt, then the rocks, then another patch of dirt then the grass. On the second patch of dirt (closest to the grass) there will soon be a glittering dark rock (I think that will show up when after you make your garden by the river) that's the blade for the tool. Under the rocks Youll need the special wood (used for the scarecrow) get that wood. Get a master scientist also to do both these jobs. By then you should have 3 adept builders close to master builder. By the time they finish them 3 should be master builders so then you can open the create on the beach.
