You don't the arrow stands for a Sharp tool. Before you make it you have to make the scarecrow. To make the Sharp tool you have to have a master scientist. Place the scientist on the rocks in the centre- right of the.map. After he makes his first trip take.him qgain to the same area but this time to were it looks to seem like some.kind of roots. After his last trip you should.have completed the milestone task. Hope this has helped you ;).
This is making a skarecrow puzzle 3. Puzzle 4 is arrow or sharp objekt. Puzzle 4 need exploration level 2.
