Apply gold as your primary/secondary color then go to primary/secondary material and select shiny.

First use the colour deep orange and then go to primary reflection and do 0.4

Go to the auto-garage, go to primary color and select gold and so is secondary color. Then go to primary reflectance then set it to 1. So is secondary reflectance.

You go to an auto shop and make it orangish yellow and turn reflectance up.
