Smoothe
What you need to do is:
1. Find the icon that you would double click on to run the game
2. Right click on the icon and select "properties"
3. There will be three tabs at the top of the window. They should read, "General" "Shortcut" and "Compatiblitilty"
4. Click on the Shortcut tab.
5. There should be bars that say:
Target type:
Target location:
Target:
6. By the Target bar, there should be some writing.
7. At the end of the writing, push space and type in, +set consule 1.
8. Then run the game using that icon and in the game push "~".
9. you can now enter in the cheats.

Lady With A Baby
To enter the cheats what you do is right click on the vampire icon on you're desktop and click properties then when it says
"C:\Program Files\Activision\Vampire - Bloodlines\vampire.exe"
Put -console 1 at the end.
Start the game and a console box will appear THEN press the button just below escape(`) and it will disappear press again to make it reappear Type in a cheat to get the desired affect. HOPE THAT HELPS :-)
