No one has provided an answer to this but can anyone please help me where exactly to put the -console 1 command....

On Your Desktop right click the vampire the masquerade bloodlines icon and press shortcut tab then in the target line don't delete anything it says just go right to the end and press space -console. When in the game press ~ to bring it up.
