The portal is yellow. If you check the map in funkey town, go down to the bottom on the right hand side. Where there was once previously rocks, a little path should have appeared. Ths portal is up there. But you can access it from magma, laputa and kelpy. You must have down loaded the updates in order to access funkiki. Also, you need Flurry, Webley, Sol or Nibble to enter the island
