Are you able to to buy any player in the world or just the players on the transfer list?

Mr. Advice

If you want to buy players who are not on the transfer list, you should go to Find and then Player/Club. At that point tou can set the minimum level and skills the player should have too. This way you get all the player but sometimes the players are Not For Sale, which means you have to pay a lot of money.
