When you have done all the changes to the teams you want to there is a button called 'write database' in the bottom right of the screen. You have to click on that to change the database changes that you have done.

If you are already in a game sadly you have to start a new one. ps make sure you do not save stupid fansaty teams cause it will mess up all your games

After you have done your editing, click file then save option. And then look to the bottom right of the screen and you'll see a button saying 'write current database to game' click this and you will export the data on to the game
