You'd do best trying to buy Saha from Machester United.
He is a reserve player and should move pretty quickly.
You can also wait for a player's contract to expire.
If you want players fast and cheap, you should buy Kuijt from Feyenoord or Vennegoor from PSV Eindhoven

If You're Playing in any lower Division, You don't have the Club Prestige yet so you can get players like Owen, Rooney, enz... But if you'll buy players
Go and search in lower Divisions of you're own country or other country. Most of the teams playing there have some good players who can join you and aren't to expensive.
