How do you switch to a different weapon?

While playing the game, hit the key "F" and select your weapon from the pop-up list at the lower-right side of the screen, use your mouse wheel to move to select your weapon. Hit "F" to close.
Push letter f and scroll up down ok
Am playing on laptop and have no mouse wheel, how do you suppose I switch to next available weapon on the list?
