Is there a cheat to beat dusty hog at the bumber boats mission I'm a girl I have tried so mant times and I can't and is the a cheat to get a lo of money?

Nope, no cheat to beat Dusty. It's really not too complicated, just keep getting good upgrades for your bike and use them in the places you see fit.
