When I whent to adopt cat or dog all I could chose waz to play with them so how do I adopt a cat or dog, because I could adopt turtul and lizerd but not cat, or dog

I think that you have to pet them for them to get to know you, and then you might have to talk to a person who works at the store. I think that then you tell them which one that you want and they give it to you. Maybe, I don't know. I havn't gotten the game yet. I will tomorrow, though.
