It is usually only 3 days, but you can speed up the pregnacy with the tombstone of life and death in 1 day. If you are having troubles. Get the cheat window up by pressing control, shift, and c. Then type, boolprop testingcheatsenabled true. Then hold shift and click on a sim, look around till you find the tombstond of life and death then select it. Some where in the tombstone you can pick speed up my pregnacy (Select the pregnat sim first then click on the tombstone.)

U sure they pregnant?? If one of the options when they are cuddling is try for a baby then they arent
