Placing Lots And Houses

Help! I'm playing Wanmami Island in Castaway Stories, and have discovered that while I can create individual Sims and families, there are no houses or empty lots available to place on the island. There are only a spare few lots on the island that Sims can move onto. Of those, I've got families living on all but two! Is there a way to place more vacant lots for my Sims to live on? And, is there a way to change community lots into residential lots? I have not, as yet, completed the "Shipwrecked And Single" story. I got stuck when I got to the point of having my lady Sim move into the native village. I just can't find that darn village!If I complete the story, will I be able to place more lots for my Sims, or am I stuck with very limited game play? Any and all help will be deeply appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Sadly yes you are stuck with only those lots but after you finish shiprecked and single that turns into a community and you get to make a few more houses there and play as people there just like the freeplay ! They did not put it to were you can put new lots on sorry :( Hope this helped !
