What cheat code is needed to change the lot type on chateau de landgraab in France?
I want my Sims to live in there but I don't know how to change the lot type on it because it's locked.

Not sure if this'll work, but it's how to edit the towns.
Start a new game, no need for CAS. I.e. Moonlight falls.
Click the option to 'Edit Town' or whatever it's phrased as.
In the top left corner should be the small squares with the symbols for China, Egypt and France.
Click France and it'll ask you if you're sure you want to edit France, click yes.
Once in Edit town for France, you should be able to change the lot type by clicking on the building.
If that doesn't work, I assume EA have locked that all.
