My Sims 3 Supernatural won't download!

Ok, So I tried installing my Sims 3 Supernatural Game, and it wouldn't open. It's showing up on my Origin, and when I sign in to that and then try to download it from there, it's telling me that it's already installed, and that I will have to go into my programs and uninstall, opening up my "Add or Remove Programs" from the control panel. Only The Sims 3 Supernatural isn't there to uninstall anyway! Every other Sims 3 expansion pack is on there, and I was able to install them without problems, but Sims 3 Supernatural has been giving me problems. I kind of recently bought an ASUS computer with an i5 processor, and this is the only one that I can't seem to download. I've tried removing it from my Origin, but this really isn't working. Can anyone help me please? I loved Supernatural!

Mine just stops at the very end and me laptop vibraites and it's really upsetting I got it for christmas and I waited for it for months and it won't install:'(

I brought the game and i tried to download it on my laptop but it wont i have sims 3 seasons but i cant get supernatural to download plz tell me something to do.
