There is no such thing as a plasma tree, but you can plant the plasma fruit if your sim has level 7 gardening, you can find the fruit at the grocery store, If you want it preplanted do ctrl shift c then type buydebug and you will find it, I think. Hope this helped ~EllieGWinter

Its a bush and not sure where most likly where vampires are if theres a town for them on sims 4 there tress on sims 3 there bushs no need to wait till lvl 7 gardening smh why would they add vamps then wait till lvl7 you would die by then
