First you press CTRL SHIFT C to open the cheat box..then you type testingcheatsenabled true..click your sim while pressing SHIFT and press trigger age transition..
Tip:open cheat box and press type it says all different kind of stuff that you could do...

You can go to options and they have a option for You sims lifetime and you can change when you want them to age to the next age

First of all you have to go back to the main menu.
Then type in this exact cheat code. Testingcheatsenabled true .(without the period.)
Once you do that you go ahead to which ever family you were playing with and you hold SHIFT on the person you want to become a teen.It'll then come up with a menu.
Go to CAS(create a sim) then you can do all could as if you were going to make another family.Just click on the teen icon in the age place and then your teen is a teen without having an adult.P.S.
Your teen sims probably can't do all the stuff the adults can.(SubScribe to me on Youtube.)

Right when they age from a child to teen got to buy mode and buy a birthday cake and set it on a counter, then you click the cake then it gives you options on which sim you want to age.
