Can I use the Portal to go to Oasis Landing from sims homes in created worlds? I waited but it has not turned up

You can go to buy mode or go to collections and find it their. In buy mode you go on to the out door section and click on the car. Then you scroll down then there you will find it

You can by a portal by going at the buy mode, click the collectibles and scroll down while finding it. To activate the portal after buying it, summon the time traveler, Emit and complete the quests given to you from Emit and you can activate it.
