It could possibly be because of some hairs that you installed, I recently got this problem and I don't know why.
Her energy and her hygiene wont go down, it could be because of the cheat "testingcheatsenabled true/false" that you couldve used in making your sims needs go up or down.

I have the same problem my sim was living with two roomates when they were teens and they all moved out when they grew up. I left my family to play the roomates family and her and her boyfriend's energy wont go down and they energy bar is almost full. ( I did type in testingcheatsenabled true when I started the game up) CAN ANYBODY HELP?!?
