If you go to china and do martial arts and gain skill level 5 in it you can go on to break boards and choose space rock block and it sprains your sims hand hope that helps

There really isnt a way to break your bones on sims 3 iv tried everything nothing worked so there really isnt a way.

You could try standing in the middle of the road and wait for cars! I did this with my toddler and it worked

No, from what I know it is not possible. The closest you can get to a broken bone is when your hand hurts from hitting a surface that is too hard in martial arts.
And standing on the road and waiting for a car does not work. A car would go straight through your sims and nothing will happen.
As to getting sick you can get a cold in the sims 3 Seasons. Hope I helped ;)

Yeah if you do martial arts and then you start breaking boards, you can hurt your sims wrist
