Where do you buy a cell phone?
It says on the game to buy one to go to the vending kiosk. Where is that? Please tell me !!

Vending kiosks are in the commercial areas. Call a taxi and look for a mall or for university shops. Make sure your sims needs are full (especially make sure he/she isnt close to needing sleep or a shower)
Having full needs bars ensures you don't have a wasted trip.

you need the Sims 2 university or higher for cell phone, Plesantview doesn't have a kiosk and I didn't see one in Strangeville, though you can add them your self. Use the building option from neighborhood screen and go to desiered community lot, I believe it's in electronic otherIf you are still looking for help with this game we have more questions and answers for you to check.
