To buy the handheld games or the cell phones in the Sims 2 Pets, where do you find the vending kiosks?

You can find the vending kiosk thing on a comunity lot. In build mode go to the thing where you can choose what kind of stuff(its separated into outdoor, street, shop/store, and recreational. Go to shop/store and it should be under misc. Items section.

If you have University you can find the vending kiosks in one of the comunity lots but it's eaiser to build your own (You don't have to make a building, you can just put the vending kiosks there and be done with it.). Look in 'University' under 'Collections' and scroll though it a bit and it should be there.
