Open up the cheat window and type in boolprop testingcheatsenabled true, use cation and if you keep it on to long, chances are it will fry your game. Shift-click on a sim and chose spawn, then chose badge juicer. A toy boat will then appear. Click on it to set the level of the badge, or the badge itself. Hope this helps!
