deleting objects

I am trying to delete an object,but it wont allow me to because it keep stating that it is in use and no one is using the object at the house.

Hey, if you have this problem it's probably a small glitch.. Press Ctrl + Shift + C and type in MoveObjects on -- than delete your object, press Ctrl + Shift + C again and type in MoveObjects off. This will fix your problem :)
