How do you change the color of funiture on the sims 2 it's really bugging me plz respond ty

Wellll...when you want an item, click on it the just leave the mouse hovering over it and a box should appear above it and it will have what the item is called and a description of it aswell. If the item has different tones or colours then they should appear too, in the the box. Click on the one you want and then just move your mouse away from the box. Note: if the item is not a dining chair then you will have to repeat the process using the same colors to get exactly the same thing again. Hope I helped

All you have to do is hold your mouse on the shop bar then a another window will come up and if the coller is abel to be changed there will be a coller thing to change the coller
