Access Code

I bought the game for my grandchildren and when I bought another computer and started to start it, I found that they lost the access code. How do I get another one without buying another game?

Good question. The only way to access a new Sims game on your PC is to have the access code. Unfortunately, this is the only way.

omg thank you so much! i was having a similar problem, but this fixed it. i got a new computer and tried installing the game on that one but i had already installed it on my previous one and it kept telling me that the code wasn't right...when i was looking right at the code on the booklet. You. Are. Awesome!!

THANK YOU SO MUCH. i just got this game for christmas from my sister. it was her's before and she has a two year old daughter, who i guess lost it... i couldnt do nothing. i was really upset... again thank you so much.
