When you have a kid, if you don't like the sex of the child don't take care of it. When social services comes pause the game and delete the social services worker. To delete her/him, you must have the "move_objects on" cheat activated. If you don't know how to get the cheat look under cheats for this game. After the cheat is activated, click on buy mode, click the social services person, then hit the DELETE button on your computer. A new baby will be born. If you don't like the sex of the baby again just don't take care of it and delete the next social woker.

DON'T delete the social worker, it will not they you leave the game, save or go to the neighborhood.Guest answered:
Right before your sim gives birth, save the game. Then, if she has the sex that you don't want, then go to the neighbourhood without saving. Then go back to that lot and play from when she was giving birth until you get the right sex.

There is no cheat it is just luck. There are special foods that you can eat to get a boy or a girl.

Ok, so first,make sure your sim is prego. Then, this is what I always do. ALWAYS type this cheat down EXACTLY.... Boolprop makebabygirl true. If you want a boy just do that but this only a boy not girl. Do the cheat and then save it the first time her tummy gets bigger. Then... Save it when she is on the second time her tummy gets big,do the boolprop makebabygirl true cheat. Then when she goes all wacky omg theres the baby coming thing. You SAVE THE GAME then you type in the cheat one more time. And it's suppose to be a girl

If your woman sim throws up before showing (showing to have a baby) then it is going to to a boy. If you woman sim doesn't throw up before showing then it is going to be a girl. Also to make it easier on you (the player) use the 'maxmotives' (- the ') code so you don't have to do work

That isn't true my sim threw up before showing and had a girl. So yeah

Sorry, my sims threw up before showing she was having a baby, and she has 1 boy & 2 girls, she was sick with all of them. :/. You can use 'boolProp makebabygirl true' (or change boy to girl if you want a boy) to and enter it everytime her 'bump' grows, save, and when the baby starts to come enter it again, save, and it will be a gender of your choice. Works for me all the time. Guest answered:
There is no way to EXEPT sone food . If your sim (girl) eats watermelon she will be more likely to have a girl. If your sim (girl) eats apples she will be more likely to have an boy! Hope this helps
