Yes there is. You have to forfill your adult sims wants, and get their aspiration point high. Then you will see, the second last item in the aspiration rewards catalouge(i forget the name of it) there will be a item that can stop aging on sims that drink it. It is shown in the opening video(when you start sims and it shows the video) a woman drinking it and then glowing green.

Yes. You need to fulfill a lot of wants(not fears), really good aspiration. I think theres a cheat to get aspiration points but I'm not sure.

Well, there are 2 ways I can think of:
1. Fill the aspirations till you get about 30k points.. Than you'll be able to get that green liquid for you to drink of and be 3 days younger.. OR OLDER! It's a risk you'll have to take! I haven't figured out the way it works, but make sure the sim who'se drinking it, is in a VERY TOP mood, means all of his needs are green..
2. There's this plant on the Career Bonuses, a man eating plant.. I think that you should have a sim graduate college and work in Natural Biology (I can't really remember the name).. Than you'll have to kill some other sim by letting the plant eating it.. Afterwards let your adult sims drink the dead sim's milk..
I HAVE'NT tried it, though.. I had a 'Drink Sim' aspiration, and I did see the item and red it's description... Goodluck!!~ ^^

Oh. What I forgot to mention earlier is that is if you can get the tombstone of L&D then you select the child you want to age, click on the tombstone. Of L&D and select "age" or "age cinematic".

You can use the elixir of life(last item in aspiration rewards, with glowing green liquid), but if you use it make sure your aspiration is gold or higher otherwise your sims will get older. There isnt a way to put aging on/off on 1 sim however. Keep in mind that any aspiration rewards can only be used by teens and older. If you want to age the kids then you can use the boolprop testingcheatsenabled true , shift click on someone and then pick set to birthday

The easiest way to do this is to get your sims aspiration points to about 30.000 I think and buy the green liquid. Make your adult sims drink this but ONLY when their aspiration level is gold or higher. Then your sim will have three extra days. Make them drink the whole thing each and you will gain about 15 days per parent. Then let your kids grow up, move them out and turn aging off in the cheat screen for your adults.
You can gain high aspiration by giving in to the sims wants and aoiding their fears. I've done this many times, works like a charm!
Oh yeah, you can also move out your kids, or move them in with someone else.

Go to www.modthesims2.com and go to the hack/mod section. I'm pretty sure they have a hack that allows you to do this.

No they all age together but if you go into the sims asperation rewards theres a thing in there called elixir of life and it will make you younger but make sure your asperation meter is at least gold or it will make you older!

Yes there is in the sims aspiration awards the last one (the elixir of life) when drinken by a sim it ages them back a couple days or so the unfortunate thing about that is you have to keep your sim drinking it ( if you have sims 2 pets there is the kibble of life
