How to level terrain
I'm trying to build on a new lot (Community) I've tried using the level terrain tool, but it keeps creating massive slopes on the edges of the plot. I don't know what I'm doing wrong

Unfortunately this is just what happens as the area around the lot is not level. Personally I would just level a section for my building instead of the whole lot.
