Help! Can't delete NPC Grim Reaper and Social Bunny on Sims 2!!

Ok soo, I made Grim and the bunny "playable" but they dissapear. I want to get rid of them and I have tryed that move objects thing but they return when I go back into that household. I can't do make unselectable as it only says force error and dump happy log. Please help I want to get rid of them SOO badly with deleting my household or anything like that. PLEASE HELP PLEASE!!!!

Have you tried shift+click and "force error" you may be able to delete them that way?
