They can if you have the Life and Death tombstone. Then you can get them pregnant but it's rather hard to move the children with the adult when they graduate.

Yeh teen seems can get pregnant........use the boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true cheat
( include capitals) by pressing control alt c and typing it in. Then press enter.....right click on the sim you want 2 get pregnant ( it can also be done to get a male sim pregnant) and go to tomb stone of life and death a tomb stone will appear. Click on the tomb stone and click get pregnant. She wont be pregnant straight away. But be warned!
It will be a lot of hard work while your in university and the baby wont grow up in to a toddler until you leave university. Hope iv'e helped!!!

i've tried right clicking after doing the boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true , excatly how u said and it didnt work , is there any other tips

Well, first off, you have to do the boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true in the neighborhood and it's not right click it's shift click

well i like sims alote but i cant get my sim pregnat in university because i dont no how i like babys and i'm 11 but who cares
