Is there a way to immediately get rid of a disease (cold, flu, etc.)?
Sleeping it off takes too long and the science career reward doesn't seem to help at all.

Maybe you should try the 'boolProp Testingcheatsenabled' cheat and see if you can get rid of the disease or whatever is making your sim sick.

I found out that if you wait until your sim is healthy again, spawn the "make me sick tester", then click on it and select "Make me immune" then your sim won't ever get sick again.
