Well don't fill there wants and if you have romance asperaiton don't kiss whoo hoo any of that stuff and your sim will just go nuts and will need a special doctor that comes out of the sky :D

Make them cheat on their partners or make their family members die infront of them

Take objects they want away from them and don't make them do what they want and also make their aspiration despiration 3 they'll go crazy!!!
