How do I delete an indoor elevator from my house? I tried so many times but the "cant delete" sign always come up

Have you tried deleting the one on the top first.. Or try moving it before you do..or you could use the cheat code to delete it.. Boolprop testingcheatsenabled true then press shift and click on that object
