Yes, if the relationship is good enough.
The "Try for Baby" Woohoo action is, however, limited to M&F combinations.

Yes, I tried it (two girls ) but its hard to do, mine loved each other 100 on lifetime & 100 on normal thingy. Make them love each other the most you can get

Yes I've tried it before. Your two sims have to have both relationship meters up to 100. Only then can you woohoo with a sim of the same sex.
