1.how to you import the downloaded sims into the game?
2.my sims don't go to work like the icon appears hten they dunt move to the car pool and when I clikc go to work it does away

First make sure that it is ther right sim, then keep clicking the car telling the person to go to work till you can't get anymore go to work boxes up top. Hopefully this will work.
