You have to kick them out and it says fine we are not married any more but I still live here

Hmmm....i never tried that because I never wanted that to happen, so I'm just guessing that you just cheat and argue lol idk, I'm sry

To divorce a sim you must "kick them out".ita a social move

Let your sim's spouse catch him cheating. When they fight or something, click on the sim's spouse and select break up
