How do you bring up the mailbox once you put in the BoolProp things I can't get the damn thing to work

If I'm understanding your question right, all you have to do is right click on the mailbox and that will open the boolprop cheat menu there.

Please before you do anything in boolprop, back up your save files incase you cause errors in the game

Click on mail box while pressing shift and you get a lot of options, same gots for your sims. XD Have fun!!
