I think it takes about 2-3 days.. Just make sure you didn't activate the "Aging off" cheat.. ^^"
Sims are only pregnant for about 3 to 4 days in their time. But they have normal mood swings such as being hungry very often, and gagging ( a pacifier and a question mark will appear above them, this means that a baby is in the process). And during the game, your computer screen will zoom in and show you how the moms stomach gets bigger. **Only adults can be pregnant**
It is 3 or 4 sim days, she will grow a tiny bump on the first and change to maternity clothes. The second day her bump will suddenly grow, the third grow again, then on the 4th the screen will take you to a close up of her. Dont worry she will basically groan, scream alittle, spin around and woosh all of a sudden she has a baby in her hands. Enjoy!
Mine is at 75 days with twins, she wont go past 75 and no baby but is prego
Try "aging on" maybe you accidentally turned aging off. They will not give birth if it is on.. Been there, it sucks...
3 Sim days or 72 Sims hours. Pregnancy is more based on hours because if you use "Sethour" to adjust time. If she becomes Pregnant @ 8p on Monday. She'll give birth roughly 8p on Thursday. If you set time back She'll give birth earlier. If you set time forward. She'll give birth later.
